Where is the starting place?
Cada recorrido tiene un lugar diferente. En la gran mayoría te recogemos en tu hospedaje pero algunos tours tiene tienen sus puntos de encuentro y son especificados en cada uno.
¿Con cuánto tiempo de anticipación debo reservar?
Hay tours que son cerca y solo necesitas 2 horas de antelación, y otros que son a 2 o más horas de viaje, con 24 horas de antelación. Sin embargo en cualquiera de los casos nuestra recomendación es que puedas reservar al menos con 24 horas de antelación.
¿Los tour incluyen bebidas hidratantes?
si, en todos nuestros tours tienes hidratación.
¿Si pierdo un tour tendré mi reembolso total?
Deberás primero tratar de reprogramar, en caso de que no sea posible tendrás tu reembolso total en un plazo máximo de 48 horas aproximadamente, solo asumirás el costo de reserva 2.9% + IVA.
